Responsible Gaming at c4777 — a secure and controlled gaming experience
c4777 believes that gaming should always be enjoyable and controlled. Our responsible gaming tools help you play within safe limits.
We are committed to ensuring your safety
c4777 provides several effective responsible gaming tools that you can use at any time from your account.
Set Deposit Limits
Set your deposit limits on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately, and any request to increase it takes effect after 24 hours.
Time-Out Option
If you feel you need a short break, take a temporary time-out from 24 hours up to 30 days. During this time you will not be able to log in to the platform.
Self-Exclusion
If you want a long-term break from gaming, choose self-exclusion. Your account can be fully deactivated for anywhere from 6 months to 5 years.
Betting Limits
Set a maximum bet per session. This limit keeps your budget under control and reduces the tendency to place excessive bets on impulse.
24/7 Support
Our Bangla-speaking live chat support team is ready to assist you at any time. Do not hesitate to share any concerns related to gaming.
Age Verification
c4777 strictly follows a 21+ age policy. Age verification is mandatory when opening an account — access by minors is completely prohibited.
What is Responsible Gaming and why does it matter?
Responsible gaming means enjoying gaming as a recreational activity — where you set your own limits and stay within them. At c4777 we want every member to play safely and with enjoyment.
When gaming becomes a source of stress or financial pressure rather than enjoyment, it is a sign that it is turning into a problem. Making the right decision at that moment is the wisest course of action.
- Do not think of gaming as a source of income
- Avoid placing more bets to try to recover losses
- Set a budget before each session
- Do not play with personal or family money
- Avoid gaming when you are under stress or feeling low
- Take breaks on time and take part in other activities

How to use the protection tools
💳 Deposit and spending limits
Set daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits from your account settings. The minimum deposit at c4777 is ৳100 — however you can set an even lower limit if you choose. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately.
If you request an increase to a limit, it takes 24 hours to come into effect — this delay is intentional, so there is an opportunity to change a decision made on impulse.
⏸️ Time-out feature
Use the time-out option if you need a temporary break. You can temporarily deactivate your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 14 days or 30 days.
During a time-out you will not be able to log in, place any bets or receive any bonus offers. However your balance will remain safe.
🔐 Self-exclusion process
Self-exclusion is the most effective solution for a long-term break. To use this feature, inform our support team or apply directly from your account settings.
Once self-exclusion is active, your account will be completely closed for the selected period and no marketing communications will be sent during that time.
👤 Account verification and security
c4777 verifies the age and identity of every new member. No one under 21 years of age can open an account. If you find out that a minor has opened an account using your information, inform us immediately.
Never share your account password and avoid gaming on behalf of someone you know.
